Driving in Ireland in 2011

Today’s Driving environment in Ireland is a far cry from what it was 20 years ago or even a decade ago. As well as the dramatic shift in Demographics with many more young people coming into the frame there has been more legislation passed in the last 7 years than in the whole of the last 70 yrs. With a shed load more to come as the EU changes the way we do things on the road.

All of this means that Learner Drivers have to take the whole process very much more seriously than they have done in the past.
