Opinions vary worldwide as to the best age at which one should learn to drive.
Many different start up ages are common and State Legislation in North America and Australia vary considerably.
In Ireland and the U.K the age at which you can start is 17 but here in Ireland you may get ready prior to your 17th Birthday by sitting and passing the Theory Test and then on your Birthday you may apply for your Provisional License.The system differs in the U.K.
