Photo Road and Weather Conditions

  • It goes without saying that in wet and foggy and frosty conditions extra special care should be taken and speed adjusted accordingly.
  • Gravel, mud and standing water on the road can make stopping extremely difficult and often catches out the unsuspecting driver. Wet mud on the road is as lethal as severe frost and learner drivers should take special notice in these conditions. If you travel through a flooded stretch of road always dry out the brake disc by gently applying brake on and off for a while still maintaining gentle acceleration.
